Villa rental deposit - £200 / $USD* per booking
Final payment 10 weeks prior to arrival
In addition, a refundable £200 / $USD* security deposit must be included with the final payment. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after the day of departure unless deductions have to be made for any damages, breakages or additional cleaning costs incurred during the rental period.
